The present invention relates to a method for removing algae in water using fine bubbles and electric aggregation and, more specifically, to a method for removing algae comprising the steps of: feeding inflow water containing the algae; removing solid materials from the inflow water; generating the fine bubbles in the fed inflow water containing the algae using a fine bubble generating device; processing mixture of the fine bubbles, the inflow water containing the algae with an aggregation agent using a fine bubble mixing device; making a first processing module perform an electric process for the processed water to cause aggregation and drift and separating drifted materials containing the algae from the processed water; making a second processing module additionally remove the drifted materials containing the algae from the separated processed water; and feeding the final processed water to a filtering area. The present invention can aggregate and drift the algae at a speed swifter than a conventional algae removing device, thereby being capable of rapidly removing the algae; saving the process time, thereby being effective removing a large quantity of algae; and being capable of removing the algae more swiftly than a conventional method when the method of the present invention is applied in a water purifying facility as an additional step, thereby effectively dealing with the case that many algal blooms occur in the inflow water.
