Provided is a system (100) in which a terminal (130) performs a wireless communication that simultaneously uses both a cell of a first type the connection to which is possible without causing this cell to accompany another cell and a cell of a second type the connection to which is made possible by causing this cell to accompany a cell of the first type. A base station (110) forms a first cell and transmits an information signal for informing that a second cell of the first type different from the first cell is a cell of the first type. The terminal (130) selects, on the basis of the information signal transmitted by the base station (110), the second cell as a cell of the first type for the wireless communication. |
