The present invention provides a charging device which includes at least two output parts which supply charging power to a connected car, a first bus which is electrically connected to the output part and transmits charging power to the output part, and a power processing part which processes power supplied from a power source with first capacity and supply the same to the first bus; and a charging system which includes a second bus which connects the first bus of the first charging device and the first bus of a second charging device and supplies some or all of the capacity through the second bus, when the total capacity of charging power supplied to a car connected to the first charging device exceeds the first capacity.
