PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a touch panel capable of obtaining shield effects while securing the area of the touch surface of each touch panel part in a touch panel having touch panel parts on two or more surfaces.SOLUTION: The touch panel has a plurality of touch panel parts respectively installed on at least a main surface of electronic equipment 12 and one or more side surfaces adjacent to the main surface among a plurality of surfaces of the electronic equipment 12. Each of the plurality of touch panels parts has a plurality of sensing electrodes, and the plurality of sensing electrodes are formed on a flexible substrate which is common in the plurality of touch panel parts, and a shield film 54 is arranged in at least a part of a portion corresponding to a ridge line 52 of the electronic equipment 12 on the flexible substrate. |
