<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make deflection be generated in a recording medium conveyed between transfer means and fixation means.SOLUTION: A suction conveyance unit 110 of a conveying device 100 moves to an upper position 76U, and after coat paper P2 is sucked by a belt member 76 of the suction conveyance unit 110, the suction conveyance unit 110 moves toward a lower position 76L and stops at an intermediate position 76M. Consequently, since the coat paper P2 is conveyed to a fixation device 60 in a state of being sucked by the belt member 76, the amount of deflection in the coat paper P2 is secured. Accordingly, since the deflection is generated in the coat paper until the rear end of the coat paper P2 is discharged from an exit 20E of the secondary transfer device 20, the quality of transferred picture in a secondary transfer device 20 is not affected. That is, transfer failure resulting from non-generation of deflection in a sheet member P is prevented.</p> |
