摘要 The present invention provides a coating material composed of Cr-V-C-N. The Cr-V-C-N coating material is characterized by substituting a part of Cr, which is a basic component of CrN from a rectangular atomic structure formed by Cr with V, and substituting a part of N combined to Cr with C. The Cr-V-C-N coating material comprises: 30-40 at% of Cr, 1-20 at% of V, and 50-60 at% of C-N. More specifically, the Cr-V-C-N coating material containing 5-15 at% of V and 25-45 at% of Cr is more desirable.
