The present invention relates to a liquid crystal protection film with an anti-abrasion coating function manufactured by using an organic-inorganic sol-gel process. More particularly, while an organic-inorganic hybrid UV curing polymer-ceramic resin is produced by using a coating solution sol-gel process to make the liquid crystal protection film have excellent flexibility and maintain ultra-high hardness of 4H or higher by using strong points of an organic material and an inorganic material through pretreatment, drying, special curing, and optimal curing of a UV resin, one binder is formed by inserting magnesium silicate (Talc), silicon oxide, silicic acid anhydride, titania, zirconium oxide, a nano-filler, and an additive of a photocatalyst into an organic synthetic material of oligomers and monomers; applying the binder to the surface of a liquid crystal film; and then coating the liquid crystal protection film by irradiating the liquid crystal protection film with UV rays in a light amount of 400-600 mj/cm^2. |
