Provided is an electronic device (100) comprising: a flexible substrate (10); a device section (12) that is supported by the flexible substrate (10); a drive circuit section (14); and a flexible tube (20) that has a water permeability of less than 10-3 g/(m2∙24h) and an oxygen permeability of less than 10-2 ml/( m2∙24h∙MPa). A first seal structure (31) and a second seal structure (32) are configured on both ends of the flexible tube (20) and said flexible tube (20) comprises a sealed space (24) in the interior thereof. One part of the flexible substrate (10) and the device section (12) are within the sealed space (24) and the parts of the flexible substrate (10) other than the one part are outside of the sealed space (24).
