This electronic device is provided with a first magnetic sheet, a coil and a substrate. The first magnetic sheet has a first surface and a second surface that is on the reverse side of the first surface. The coil is arranged on the first surface of the first magnetic sheet. The substrate has a third surface that faces the second surface, and has a first component on the third surface. The first magnetic sheet has a through hole, which penetrates therethrough from the first surface to the second surface, in a region of the first surface, said region being surrounded by the coil.
