<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clinical examination device capable of maintaining high measurement reliability by maintaining high the performance of each structural element.SOLUTION: A clinical examination device of this embodiment comprises: at least one structural element; imaging means; storage means; determination means; and output means. The structural element is configured to be able to wash containers, produce a liquid mixture by dispensing a sample and a reagent to the respective washed containers, operate in a step of analyzing components of the mixture liquid, and perform a washing operation. The imaging means images at least part of the structural element and acquires a comparison video after the washing operation of the structural element. The storage means previously stores therein a reference video indicating a normal state of the structural element corresponding to the comparison video. The determination means compares the comparison video with the reference video and thereby determines whether abnormality occurs to the structural element. The output means outputs information on the abnormality to outside if the determination means determines that abnormality occurs.</p> |
