<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a unit circuit which constitutes a shift register, by reduced number of elements. <P>SOLUTION: The shift register is arranged such that a plurality of unit circuits 150 are cascaded. Each of unit circuits 150 includes TFTs 151-154, the source electrode of the TFT 151 is connected to a clock signal branch line 145 which supplies one side of complementary clock signals, and the gate electrode of the TFT 152 is connected to a clock signal branch line 146 which supplies another one of the complementary clock signals. The source electrode of this TFT 152 is grounded to a potential Gnd, and drain electrodes of the TFTs 151, 152 are connected to an output end Out. The TFT 153 is turned on when a shift signal Y(i-1) from the unit circuit of one stage before becomes an H level, and the TFT 154 is arranged to be turned on when a shift signal Y(i+1) from the unit circuit of one stage after becomes H level. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
