PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an excellent anti-rolling effect without requiring large roll rigidity like a conventional stabilizer. SOLUTION: A pair of edge lines 4 extended to the vehicle longitudinal direction are formed on an elastic flat plate material leaving a required gap in the vehicle width direction. Portions on the outer side in the vehicle width direction from the respective edge lines 4 are arranged so as to be separated from each other downward to have truncated chevron shapes and constituted as side faces 5, and a portion sandwiched between the respective edge lines 4 is constituted as a plane part 6. Lower ends (bosses 8) at vehicle rear sides of the respective side faces 5 are arranged in the vehicle width direction and connected to an axle 3 side so as to be tiltable, and portions (bosses 9) corresponding to ends at vehicle front sides of the respective edge lines 4 are arranged in the vehicle width direction and connected to a frame side so as to be tiltable.
