PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seating device for a vehicle, which seating device can simply and surely connect a torque rod made of a pipe material to a link member. SOLUTION: The seating device for the vehicle comprises link members 32 which are pivotally supported by right and left lower arms 30 supporting a seat cushion 15 at their one end, and have fitting holes 32c formed at the other end, and have engaging undulations 38, 39 formed on the end faces perpendicular to the fitting holes, and a torque rod 36 which is made of a pipe material to be fitted into the fitting holes of the link members, and is integratedly connected to the right and left link members at its both ends by engaging with the engaging undulations by deforming the pipe material by pressing it in the axial direction.
