PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a speed reducing mechanism which can keep the excellent engagement of gears, and can elongate lives of the gears, and can reduce noise in operation. SOLUTION: A planetary gear apparatus is composed of an input shaft, a sun gear, a group of planetary gears which are two or more kinds of gears having different numbers of teeth, and have the teeth engaged with outer peripheral teeth of the sun gear, a movable internal and external gear which has internal teeth engaged with outer peripheral teeth of the gears composing a group of the planetary gears, and has external teeth on its outer peripheral portion, an internal gear which has internal teeth engaged with external teeth of the movable internal and external gear, an output shaft integrated gear which has teeth engaged with the movable internal and external gear, and the first output shaft of the output shaft integrated gear.
