A steel reinforcement spacer for a slab is provided to construct concrete efficiently by maintaining the gap between upper and lower reinforcing bars and spacing pipes, and to prevent breakage of the pipe by fastening the pipes easily and quickly. A steel reinforcement spacer(1) includes a spacer body(10), a pipe storage part(11), an elastic reinforcing bar support unit(12), and an elastic projection(14). A pipe is inserted and supported to the pipe storage part, and a steel reinforcing bar is inserted to a reinforcing bar storage part(13) and supported elastically between the elastic reinforcing bar support units. An upper part(100) of the spacer body is recessed and curved, and the elastic projection is formed of a hook and protruded in the upper part of the pipe storage part.
