PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a fluorescent color-developing solid adhesive having excellent visibility of coated part and a solid adhesive having excellent visibility and a coated part becoming lighter in color or losing a color when comes into contact with air after coating. SOLUTION: The fluorescent color-developing solid adhesive comprises (1) an 8-36C aliphatic carboxylic acid salt as a gel-forming substance, (2) 20-25 mass% of a water-soluble or water-dispersible adhesive component, (3) 0.05-0.3 mass% of water-soluble fluorescent pigment, (4) a glycol-based solvent and (5) water. The fluorescent solid adhesive has excellent visibility even in the case where a coating target has a dark color or a coating operation is carried out at a dark place and the fluorescent solid adhesive has excellent visibility and an effect in which a coated part becomes lighter in color or loses a color with passage of several minutes after coating when the content of the fluorescent pigment is a small amount.
