PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cosmetic container easily dispensing powder and connectively constituted of an upper body, a lower body and a lid. SOLUTION: This cosmetic container easily dispensing powder is so formed that a dispensing guide port 40 is moved by pushing a brush cover 41 formed around the circumference part of the dispensing guide port 40 to compress a conical elastic part 34, a sealing short jaw ring 27 releases an inside hole 31 formed in an inside central part of an intermediate member 30 to dispense powder to the side of a brush 44 through a dispensing port 42 of the dispensing guide port. A support plate 33 connected to the dispensing guide port 40 is raised by releasing the pushing of the brush cover 41 with a restoration force of the conical elastic part 34 and the inside hole 31 is closed by the sealing short jaw ring 27 formed in a vertical rod 26. This container facilitates the assembling/disassembling of the upper body 10 and the lower body 20 and, when the powder stored in the storage part 21 of the lower body is consumed, the lower body is separated and opened to supplement the powder, thus enabling the refill and the use.
