PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems in flexibility, workability and whitening when an adhesive tape comprising a film produced from a nonhalogenic resin composition as a raw material is used as a tape for banding complicated wires/cables, such as a wire harness of an automobile. SOLUTION: The above-noted problems can be solved by an adhesive tape comprising a substrate and an adhesive layer disposed on one surface of the substrate, wherein the substrate comprises an ethylene-carboxylic acid vinyl copolymer and/or an ethylene-acrylic ester copolymer, a polypropylene resin and an aromatic vinyl elastomer.
