A swivel locking structure of a stand is provided to install a union pin, which stably keeps a rotating state of a rotary stand, in the swivel stand, thereby having nothing to worry about the loss of the union pin and preventing the union pin from being voluntarily inserted or released to and from a fixing hole of a frictional plate and a fixing hole of a lower plate base. A swivel locking structure of a stand comprises the followings: a cradle(10) where an image device is located in the upper part so as to stand at a predetermined height and a guide part(14) is installed in the lower part; a base(20a,20b) which consists of an upper plate(20a) and a lower plate(20b) so as for the cradle(10) to be supported; a rotary plate(50) which is connected with the guide part(14) of the cradle(10) and is rotatably interposed between the upper plate base(20a) and the lower plate base(20b); a union pin(130) which penetrates the guide part(14) of the cradle(10), the rotary plate(50), and the lower plate base(20b) as an axis and has multi-stages so as not to be separated from the guide part(14).
