<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piezoelectric ceramic composition having the composition which can prevent the occurrence of warping due to a firing and eliminates the need for polishing of a sintered compact. <P>SOLUTION: PbO, in terms of an oxide, is 66.600 to 67.00wt.%, ZrO<SB>2</SB>is 5.00 to 21.00wt.%, TiO<SB>2</SB>is 5.00 to 13.60wt.%, Nb<SB>2</SB>O<SB>5</SB>is 2.00 to l4.00wt.%, MgO is 0.20 to 1.40, ZnO is 0.20 to 1.80wt.%, at least one kind among BaO, SrO, and CaO is 0.10 to 2.70wt.%. With the total of the above respective components as 100%, at least one kind among Fe, Co, Ni, and Cu is added as an additive at 0.01 to 0.80wt.% in terms of Fe<SB>2</SB>O<SB>3</SB>, CoO, NiO, CuO, and further Hf is added at 0.08 to 0.80wt.% in terms of HfO<SB>2</SB>. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
