On the casing (4) of the door plate (2), near the locking opening of the door, an insert of hardened material is accommodated. The main body of the insert extends outside the casing. A linear guide is provided for a sliding cover over the locking opening of the door. A bore in the main body accepts a locking rod. This enters a further bore in the cover body, in a first locked position of the cover. In a second open position of the cover, in which access is given to the locking opening, it is covered by the lower side of the cover.
