PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ladder device for refuge, superior in safety, and quick in developing operation. SOLUTION: This ladder device for refuge comprises a ladder part 2 connected to a building wall surface 1, changing to a developing attitude from a storage attitude and projecting at a substantially right angle from the building wall surface 1 in the developing attitude, and a fall preventive body 3 extended from an opposite end part of the building wall surface 1 of the ladder part 2, changing to the developing attitude from the storage attitude in response to a change in the ladder part 2 and regulating the movement in the direction for separating a refugee from the building wall surface 1 and the ladder part 2 in the developing attitude.
