PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a curable composition which excels in curability even at a temperature as low as≤5°C and whose cured product has moderate flexibility and water resistance. SOLUTION: The curable composition comprises a heteroring-containing compound which has a specific structure containing a heteroatom such as an oxygen or sulfur atom, a compound containing an epoxy group, an acrylic oligomer having 2-6(meth)acryloyl groups, and an amino compound having in the molecule an active hydrogen derived from an amino group.
