<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information provision terminal changing over a menu provided to a user according to whether a vehicle travels or not, or whether or not voice input is started during the traveling. <P>SOLUTION: In this information provision terminal, a menu display control part 107b decides whether its own vehicle travels or stops on the basis of output from a vehicle speed sensor 105, displays during-stopping a manual operation menu when the own vehicle stops, and displays during-traveling a manual operation menu when the own vehicle travels. When an operation switch 102 is operated by the user and when the start of the voice input is instructed, a voice input menu is displayed on a monitor 104.
