<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a substance derived from an organism decomposed in an aqueous solution relatively close to an environment in an organism as a human food, cosmetic, medicine, a medium or a culture solution of an organism, its partial tissue or cell, especially a protective membrane material for promoting skin reproduction without depending upon an oxidation or reduction reaction using a chemical agent such as an enzyme, a catalyst, etc. <P>SOLUTION: Decomposition of a biopolymer material by electrolysis produces a reusable substance. The oxidizing substance or reducing substance of a biopolymer material is obtained by electrochemically decomposing a polymer constituting an organism or its part or a cocoon or an egg. In order to obtain these products in high purity, in a high yield and in excellent energy efficiency, the selection and pretreatment of a raw material, an electrode material, the kind of a supporting electrolyte, the structure of an electrolytic bath, the material and structure of an electrode vessel, formulation of a product, etc., are limited. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
