PURPOSE:To enable to repair or moor ships without bringing them in contact with each other, by providing a floating body moored at a designated water area with a plurality of recessed parts for mooring ships, each of which has an entrance for an incoming and outgoing ship, and one recession for dry- docking. CONSTITUTION:A floating body 1 is provided with a plurality of recessed parts 5 for mooring ships, each of which is equipped with an entrance 7 for an in-com ing ship, and a recession 4 for ship's docking and is moored at a designated water area, using a plurality of cables 3. This recession 4 for ship's docking is provided with a water-tight gate 8, which is used to close the entrance 6 for a ship, a drainage system, which is used to pump out the water in the reces sion 4 for dry-docking, a ladder 11, and a ballast tank 16. With this contrivance, ships S can be moored or repaired without being brought in contact with each other. Moreover, the floating body 1 can easily be moved to another site.
