The invention relates to a heating and cooling arrangement with which the occurence of sweat water at particular sites can be prevented. To this end a carrier (5, 6, 63, 80, 95, 120, 403-406) is provided in which is disposed a pipe or tube (4, 8, 161, 162, 194) system which transports a heating or cooling fluid. The temperature of the cooling fluid is given off to the carrier (5, 6, 63, 80, 95, 120, 403-406) and radiated into the room. Below the carrier (5, 6, 63, 80, 95, 120, 403-406) is located a sweat water channel (32, 46, 71, 81, 101, 102, 123, 187, 199) connected mechanically with this carrier (5, 6, 63, 80, 95, 120, 403-406). In order to achieve a thermal separation between carrier (5, 6, 63, 80, 95, 120, 403-406) and channel (32, 46, 71, 81, 101, 102, 123, 187, 199) a heat resistance (2, 3, 42, 43, 75, 87, 100, 90, 126-133, 155, 171, 181) with a given heat insulation value is provided between the two or the channel (32, 46, 71, 81, 101, 102, 123, 187, 199) is layed out so that it has on its underside a thermal insulator. |
