PERMANENT MAGNET TYPE MOTOR AND MOTOR CONTROL METHOD

A permanent magnet motor and a method for controlling the motor are provided to improve a field weakening control characteristic by vertically arranging permanent magnets with different magnetic flux density. A permanent magnet motor includes a stator(530), a rotor(520), and a stator housing(540). The stator is moved by a moving force of the outside. The rotor has an air gap with the stator. The area of the air gap is changed by the parallel operation of the stator. The rotor surrounds the outside of the stator. The rotor has a plurality of permanent magnets. The plurality of permanent magnets have the different magnetic flux density and are arranged vertically. The stator housing supports the stator. A first member of the stator and a second member of the stator housing comprise a linear motor guide(550).
