<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain sufficient estimation precision even when video and sound are simultaneously deteriorated in a fixed section. <P>SOLUTION: A deterioration generation pattern matching degree calculation part 25 calculates a matching degree of deterioration generation patterns based on the number of simultaneous deterioration sections in which both of a video image and sound are deteriorated in measurement time based on video packet information and sound packet information, and a deterioration simultaneous generation influence degree estimation part 26 calculates a deterioration simultaneous generation influence degree corresponding to the deterioration generation pattern matching degree based on a deterioration simultaneous generation influence degree estimation model 13C. After that, a multimedia overall quality estimation part 27 calculates a multimedia overall quality value corresponding to a video quality estimation value calculated by a video quality estimation part 23, a sound quality estimation value calculated by a sound quality estimation part 24, and the deterioration simultaneous generation influence degree calculated by the deterioration simultaneous generation influence degree estimation part 26 based on a multimedia overall quality estimation model 13D. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
