PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a styrene-based thermoplastic elastomer composition for injection foam molding which provides foams excellent in fineness and uniformity of their foam cells by injection foam molding, and to provide a foam formed by injection foam molding of the thermoplastic elastomer composition, and to provide a process for producing a foam which injection foam molds the thermoplastic elastomer composition. SOLUTION: The thermoplastic elastomer composition for injection foam molding contains 5-150 pts.wt. of a component (B), 5-300 pts.wt. of a component (C), and 5-150 pts.wt. of a component (D) to 100 pts.wt. of a component (A). (A): A hydrogenated product of a block copolymer containing a block of an aromatic vinyl compound and a block of a conjugated diene compound, the hydrogenated product having a weight-average molecular weight of 200,000 or less, (B): a propylene-based resin, (C): a mineral oil softener, and (D): an ethylene-propylene copolymer rubber having a Mooney viscosity (ML<SB>1+4</SB>, 100°C) of 20-200 and an ethylene-unit content of 40-80 wt.%.
