A lithium solar cell using a solid-state electrolyte is provided to maintain a lifetime during 15-20 years by suppressing a lowering effect of performance with the passage of time. A lithium solar cell using a solid-state electrolyte is composed of an anode substrate(1), an anodic agent(2), a solid-state polymer electrolyte(5), a cathodic agent(4), and a cathode substrate(3). The anode substrate has transparent conductivity in which the sunlight is transmitted. The transparent conductive anode substrate is formed with one element which is selected from a group including an ITO, a FTO, and a TO glass or film. The anodic agent is formed with a lithium manganate as a lithium transition metal oxide. The cathode substrate is formed with one element which is selected from a group including copper, nickel, and a stainless plate. |
