FIELD: construction. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention is related to the field of construction and may be used in reconstruction of steel vertical cylindrical reservoirs. Method includes reservoir cutting by long cut into two equal semi-cylindrical parts, which are serially turned relative to initial position by portion of required common angle of mutual turn, which does not exceed 180, and in space produced, bottom section is installed together with identical semi-cylindrical wall shells with radius equal to initial one. In points of shell connections, stands are installed on separate foundations, then roof is finished. ^ EFFECT: possibility of any required increase of reservoir capacity and rational use of area of adjacent land lots. ^ 3 dwg |
