<p>An apparatus for synthesizing carbon nanotube using an arc discharging method is provided to produce uniform carbon nanotubes by placing a carbon plate of a cathode at some distance from a carbon rod of an anode. An apparatus for synthesizing carbon nanotube using an arc discharging method comprises: a chamber(100); a cathode supplying negative current while moving a non-consumable carbon plate(210') into the chamber; an anode(300) supplying positive current while moving a consumable carbon rod(310') into the chamber; a carbon continuous feeding unit(400) equipped with a plurality of consumable carbon rods in order to supply the carbon rods to the anode one by one; a cooling unit(500) supplying fluid to plural channels in order to cool the chamber; a collecting unit(600) scratching and collecting carbon nanotubes cohered on the inner circumference of the chamber; and a controller(700).</p> |
