PURPOSE:To provide a heat-insulating panel, by fitting a member between two thin plates, securing the members with a clamp member and pouring and foaming a synthetic resin in an opening defined by the thin plates and the fitted member so that the plates and the fitted member do not come off each other during processes of conveyance, mold assembly and resin pouring. CONSTITUTION:A fitted member 6, both the side edges 7, 8 of which are bent back over the total perimeter of two thin plates 4, 5, is fitted between the facing edges of the plates. The edge parts of the thin plates 4, 5 are bent into the bent edge parts 7, 8 of the fitted member 6. A clamp member 15 is tightened on the outside surfaces of the bent edge parts 4a, 5a of the thin plates by screws 16. A synthetic resin 3 is poured into an opening and foamed, thereby making a heat-insulating panel 1. After the resin 3 is hardened, the clamp member 15 is removed and the panel 1 is combined with another one to build a heat-insulating wall of a prefabricated refrigerator or the like. Since the clamp member 15 is fitted, the thin plates 4, 5 and the fitted member 6 do not drop off or deviate in conveyance or the like. |
