A push head for a pump dispenser and the pump dispenser having the same are provided, which prevent the external worm or the foreign material etc from coming in through the discharge opening of the push head. A push head for a pump dispenser is equipped with a self sealing valve unit which opens or seals the discharge opening of the push head main body(510) according to the pressure change. The self sealing valve unit comprises: a self sealing valve(520) comprising a sliding self sealing unit and a flexible insertion protrusion; a discharge opening(512) of the push head main body; a cap covering the discharge opening of the push head main body from the outer side; another cap which is inserted into the horizontal extended end of the push head main body to cover the horizontal end.
