A method for screening Integrin antagonists from herbal medicinal plant extracts is provided to massively screen plant extracts having antagonists activities against Integrin alpha5beta1 at ultrahigh speed using protein chips. A method for screening Integrin antagonists from herbal medicinal plant extracts comprises the following steps of: adhering Integrin alpha5beta1 to a protein chip coated with calixarene derivative; reacting the Integrin alpha5beta1-adhered protein chip to fluorescent material-adhered ligand protein and a plurality of plant extracts; washing the completely reacted protein chip using a buffer solution; and comparing the degree of fluorescence expression of spots reacted to the plural plant extracts on the washed protein chip and determining the plant extracts reacted to a relatively low fluorescence degree of spots as antagonist against the Integrin alpha5beta1. The ligand protein represents vitronectin, fibronectin, collagen, laminin, Von Willebrand Factor or fibrinogen.
