PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cosmetic capable of effectively ameliorating skin wrinkles and excellent in stability with time. SOLUTION: The cosmetic contains (A) extract(s) of plant(s) having actin-myosin-based activation effect, wherein the plant(s) is (are) selected from horse chestnut, scutellariae radix, cork tree bark, gardenia, Rehmannia glutinosa, ginger and cranesbill and (B) one or more extracts selected from lemon extract and hydrolysis yeast extract.
