<p>PURPOSE: A solar cell power generating device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent a short-circuit between a first back side electrode and a second back side electrode. CONSTITUTION: A solar cell power generating device includes a substrate(100), an electrode layer(200), a light absorption layer(310), and a window layer(400). The electrode layer is arranged on the substrate and forms a first penetration groove. The light absorption layer is arranged on the electrode layer. A second penetration groove is formed in the light absorption layer. The window layer is arranged on the light absorption layer. A third penetration groove is formed in the window layer.</p> |
