PURPOSE: A method for trimming image contents, a terminal and a computer readable recording medium for quickly confirming contents are provided to supply various image effects and recognize the contents of image contents. CONSTITUTION: An input signal receiving unit(110) receives a command about the operation desired by a user. A feature territory extraction unit(120) extracts the region of interest about the image contents. A thumbnail image generating unit(130) generates the part extracted to the feature area as a thumbnail image. A zoom offering unit(140) zooms in/out a part extracted to the specific region.
