COLD ROLLING OIL COMPOSITION FOR STEEL SHEET AND COLD ROLLING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cold rolling oil composition which is excellent in emulsion stability and in lubricity during a circulation use over a long term and which contributes to improvement in surface quality of the rolling material and a working environment. SOLUTION: The cold rolling oil composition for a steel sheet contains: (1) at least one or more base oil selected from an animal and plant fat, a mineral oil, and a synthetic ester; (2) a nonionic surfactant; and (3) an anionic surfactant having a polyethylene oxide chain with an average addition mol number of ethylene oxide of 2 or more in the molecule.
