PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for treatment of cancer, an apparatus for the treating method, especially a cancer treating method to irradiate an affected area with electromagnetic rays, a magnetic particle for the treating method and an apparatus for the treatment. SOLUTION: The magnetic particle bonded with an antibody against a cancer cell is introduced into a body of a patient in a noninvasive or minimally invasive manner to bond the magnetic particle to the cancer cell, and the cancer cell is killed by irradiating the particle with electromagnetic rays or applying a magnetic field to the particle, thereby heating the magnetic particle bonded to the cancer cell by induction heating. Preferably, the method further contains a step to transfer the magnetic particle to the vicinity thereof cell by magnetic force after introducing the particle into the body of the patient; and the magnetic particle is derived from an organism.
