PURPOSE: A fatness care method is provided to supply excellent fatness management effects by providing a food service menu, which is able to activate a nutrition metabolism in the body, based on analysis information on nutrients in the blood. CONSTITUTION: A medical test result message including plural essential nutrients result values and user IDs is received(S100). For the essential nutrients having the values except standard range, an essential nutrient list is generated(S120). The essential nutrient result values included in the essential nutrient list are compared with a standard range value corresponding to the essential nutrient(S130). If the essential nutrient result values are larger than the standard range value, the analysis information for the essential nutrient is generated. Based on the analyzed information, a food menu is generated(S170). |
