<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor light receiving apparatus capable of suppressing a leakage current from a semiconductor light receiving element and generation of parasitic capacitance. <P>SOLUTION: A semiconductor light receiving apparatus has: a first semiconductor light receiving element of a mesa structure provided on a semiconductor substrate, which has an upper electrode for connecting with an electrode wiring of a mounting carrier and a lower electrode; a first mesa provided on the semiconductor substrate, which has an upper electrode electrically connected with a lower electrode of the first semiconductor light receiving element by wiring arranged on the semiconductor substrate; and a second mesa provided on the semiconductor substrate, which has an upper electrode which becomes the same potential as the upper electrode of the first semiconductor light receiving element by being connected with the electrode wiring on the mounting carrier. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
