The device has a drilling drive (4) attached to a carrier device in a movable manner, and a drilling worm gear rotatable around a longitudinal axis by the drilling drive. Energy transmission elements are provided for displacement of the worm gear along the longitudinal axis and extended through the drilling drive. A hydraulic-lift drive (6) is arranged in an inner area of a shaft for torque transmission. The shaft is provided with an inner tube (7a) and an outer tube (7b), where the elements are designed as hydraulic hoses (10a, 10b) filled with hydraulic oil.
