<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reflective material for an optical semiconductor having high reflectivity to an ultraviolet ray, which is excellent in mechanical characteristic and adhesiveness (thermal deformation resistance and a defective product incidence rate by heat treatment). <P>SOLUTION: A resin composition contains (A) an epoxy compound having an adamantane skeleton, (b) a curing agent, and (C) an inorganic particle and/or a crosslinked particle.
