PURPOSE: An impact testing device for a material surface is provided to repetitively and uniformly impact a specimen by an impact applying unit, thereby accurately measuring the anti-shock strength of a material surface. CONSTITUTION: An impact testing device for a material surface comprises a specimen mounting unit(20), an impact applying unit(40), and a contact selection type rotating unit(60). A specimen(10) is mounted on the specimen mounting unit. The impact applying unit applies impact to the specimen. The impact applying unit selectively contacts to the contact selection type rotating unit by rotating and repetitively and uniformly impact on the specimen.
