PURPOSE: A flame retardant sheet is provided to have flame retardance of V0 level set from UL94 by low cost. CONSTITUTION: A flame retardant sheet is manufactured from a mixed composition comprising 69-74 weight% of polypropylene, 23-28 weight% of ammonium polyphosphate, and 3 weight% of carbon black, and has the thickness of 0.2-0.6 mm. An apparatus for manufacturing a flame retardant sheet comprises: a drier(1) installed in a channel(11) for supplying the mixed composition; a hopper(2) supplying material passed through the drier(2); a barrel(3) melting the material; a screw(4) for transferring the melted material; a die(5) discharging the melt material installed in one end of the barrel; a screen(6) controlling the discharging amount of the melted material; and a mold roll(7) molding a sheet by pressurizing the melted material discharged to the screen.
