PURPOSE: A water ski is provided to easily move forward with propulsion plates and to enjoy skiing on the water without propulsion force. CONSTITUTION: A water ski(1) comprises a pair of boards(2), poles(3), and a propulsion plates(25). The boards are formed by a floating material. A foot inserting part(21) is respectively formed on the top of the boards and a skeg(26) is respectively attached on the underside thereof. The poles are gripped by the hands of a user. The front top of the boards is a streamlined shape and the propulsion plates are installed in the rear end thereof. The skegs installed on the underside of the boards are obliquely installed from the front inner side of the board to the rear outer side thereof. Both skegs are located in parallel when the rear sides of the boards that the user wears are adjacent each other and the front sides thereof are positioned in a flexible splay-shape.
