PURPOSE: A loading test method of a precast pile and a reinforcement method of the precast pile using the same are provided to prevent inclination of the building and ground subsidence by testing a load of an existing structure and to improve stability of a building design by improving supporting force of the precast pile. CONSTITUTION: A loading test method of a precast pile(200) and a reinforcement method of the precast pile using the same comprise the following steps. A foundation concrete layer(100) around an upper part of the precast pile is removed. An anchor member is installed in the foundation concrete layer around an end part of an exposed precast pile. A pressure application unit pressurizing the pile is installed in the anchor member. A loading test is carried out by adding an external force with the pressure application unit to a direction in which the pile is stuck. The precast pile is stuck in order to improve the supporting force of a building when the supporting force is less than a predetermined value, or the tip end bearing of the pile does not implemented through the loading test.
