PURPOSE: A functional wire pulling machine is provided to implement convenient working by forming a skirt structure in an upper part of a drum footstool for making access of a fork of a forklift truck convenient. CONSTITUTION: A support disk(12) is formed to face a ground surface. A drum footstool is formed in the upper part with the support disk. A rotation body inserts a steel ball in the drum footstool. A skirt(33) is protruded from the drum footstool and supports a wire drum. It is easy to access a fork of a forklift truck by forming the height between the ground surface and the wire drum. |
